We want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Log into your Mazen Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original box with all protective seals intact to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
