Omega 3 - 6 - 9 Capsules

The body cannot produce Omega-3 and 6, Omega 9 is produced by the body, however due to poor diet we cannot always produce enough. Therefore, Omega-3, 6 and 9 needs to be provided by a healthy diet and supplementation. Omega-3 provides eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contribute to the normal function of the heart and brain, maintenance of normal blood pressure and triglyceride levels and normal vision. Omega 6 is a rich source of GLA (gamma linolenic acid), which may benefit general body metabolism. Omega 9 is a rich source of oleic acid, which is helpful in supporting cardiovascular health. Omega 3, 6, 9 is a high-quality form of fish oil, free from all impurities and toxins, ensuring improved digestion, absorption and efficacy.

 

Recommended Daily Intake

Adults three capsules daily with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
